CANCELLATION POLICY
At Hiraya, each visit is thoughtfully prepared and reserved exclusively for you. To honor the time and care dedicated to every guest, a $99 reservation deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service on the day of your visit. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or rescheduled appointments made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the $99 reservation deposit. Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment or cancel on the same day will also forfeit their reservation deposit. We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen. If you experience an unforeseen circumstance, please reach out as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate you with care and understanding.
